Dr. Landi Rosenau, female business owner & dentist
Dr. Landi Rosenau was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada but came to Charlotte in 2004 to pursue her nursing education and now has the great pleasure of calling the greater Charlotte area home.
Dr. Landi Rosenau graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Dr. Rosenau practiced as a registered nurse for five years in the Emergency Department at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center near downtown Charlotte before pursuing her dental education. Dr. Rosenau received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017.
Dr. Rosenau is thrilled to bring Flourish Family and General Dentistry to the Carolinas and for the opportunity to serve and provide dental health care to the community she calls home and help individuals reach their unique dental health goals. More so, with the expanded esthetic services and treatments offered at Flourish, Dr Rosenau is excited to have such services to complement patients’ dental, esthetic, and overall health goals.
Dr. Rosenau is comfortable providing dental care to patients and families across all age groups
and backgrounds. She truly enjoys all aspects of general dentistry! Dental services offered at Flourish Family & General Dentistry include preventative and periodontal disease management cleanings, tooth-colored fillings, crown and bridge treatment, implant dentistry, extractions, complete and partial denture therapy, root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry, whitening, temporomandibular joint disease, and facial pain management as well as clear aligner and traditional straight-wire orthodontics. Dr. Rosenau enjoys and is comfortable providing dental care to children and individuals with special needs. Additionally, from her previous experience, and still holding her registered nurse licensure, Dr. Rosenau is very comfortable treating and managing the dental care of medically complex patients. Dr. Rosenau is passionate about constantly seeking opportunities to advance her skill set and staying current with innovative techniques and technology.
Dr. Rosenau first became exposed to the field of esthetics when she pursued continuing education for the management of temporomandibular joint dysfunction and facial pain using botulism toxin. Since then, Dr. Rosenau has completed the Master Injector program through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics providing her with the knowledge and skill set to provide her patients with botulism toxin and dermal fillers, as well as PDO smoothing and lifting threads. Additionally, Dr. Rosenau has completed the Viora Academy wherein Flourish can additionally offer laser and radiofrequency skin treatments including laser hair reduction and hyperpigmentation/sun damage correction.
Away from dentistry, Dr. Rosenau deeply enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and
friends, in particular her husband Samuel, her triplet sons, and her three dogs. Dr. Rosenau also
greatly enjoys traveling, venturing new restaurants, cooking, baking, furniture restoration,
CrossFit, and running.

Office Manager
Chrissy Wilson is the Office Manager at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, where she oversees essential administrative tasks, manages insurance claims, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. With a background in business and extensive experience across various industries, she brings empathy and understanding to her role, helping patients navigate their dental care and financial options. Chrissy values building long-term relationships with patients and working with a supportive team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her three children and grandson, and is an advocate for individuals with autism through her volunteer work with Autism Strong.
Christy Bush
Social Media, Marketing, Business Office
Christy Bush is the Social Media Manager at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, where she oversees the practice’s online presence and creates engaging content across various platforms. With a background in Business Administration and extensive experience in customer service and brand building, she brings a unique perspective to her role. Christy is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident, drawing on her own experiences with dental anxiety to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, baking, reading, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and their three beloved dogs.
Martha Phillips
Clinical Coordinator – Lead DA
Martha Phillips is a dental assistant and treatment coordinator at Flourish Family & General Dentistry. She works closely with orthodontic patients, helping with braces, clear aligners, and periodic appointments, as well as assisting younger patients with cleanings and sealants. Martha is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and helping patients rebuild confidence in their smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at home, and doting on her miniature dachshund, Renn.
Aislinn McManus
DA
Aislinn McManus is a Certified Dental Assistant at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, where she works chairside on in-depth procedures and contributes to various aspects of the practice. She takes pride in her ability to empathize with patients, helping them feel comfortable during their visits, and ensuring every procedure is meticulously prepared. Aislinn loves the creativity involved in her role, from crafting temporary crowns to designing 3D models for retainers. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, and expressing her artistic side through painting and crafts.
Payal Patel
RDH
Payal Patel is a Registered Dental Hygienist at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, where she provides preventative care, educates patients, and collaborates with the dentist to maintain oral health. After completing her dental studies in 2013 in India, she pursued dental hygiene in the U.S., earning her credentials in April 2022. Payal is passionate about her work and values the opportunity to build lifelong relationships with her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
