As our Financial Coordinator, she’s here to make the numbers feel simple, the process smooth, and to take the stress out of the financial side of dental care.Whether you have a quick question about your statement or need help navigating insurance benefits, Jacqueline is available for support and guidance. When she’s not helping patients feel confident about their dental care investments, Jacqueline enjoys reading, travelling with her husband and spending time with her three dogs- two dachshunds , Caviar and Truffles, and her yorkie, Ganache.

Christy Bush is the Social Media Manager at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, where she oversees the practice’s online presence and creates engaging content across various platforms. With a background in Business Administration and extensive experience in customer service and brand building, she brings a unique perspective to her role. Christy is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident, drawing on her own experiences with dental anxiety to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, baking, reading, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and their three beloved dogs.

Martha Phillips is a dental assistant and treatment coordinator at Flourish Family & General Dentistry. She works closely with orthodontic patients, helping with braces, clear aligners, and periodic appointments, as well as assisting younger patients with cleanings and sealants. Martha is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and helping patients rebuild confidence in their smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at home, and doting on her miniature dachshund, Renn.

Aislinn McManus is a Certified Dental Assistant at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, where she works chairside on in-depth procedures and contributes to various aspects of the practice. She takes pride in her ability to empathize with patients, helping them feel comfortable during their visits, and ensuring every procedure is meticulously prepared. Aislinn loves the creativity involved in her role, from crafting temporary crowns to designing 3D models for retainers. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, and expressing her artistic side through painting and crafts.

Payal Patel is a Registered Dental Hygienist at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, where she provides preventative care, educates patients, and collaborates with the dentist to maintain oral health. After completing her dental studies in 2013 in India, she pursued dental hygiene in the U.S., earning her credentials in April 2022. Payal is passionate about her work and values the opportunity to build lifelong relationships with her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Beaux and Hermès are therapy and emotional support dogs who are here for you whenever you need them—before, during, or at any point in your dental visit. Their calm, friendly presence helps reduce anxiety and stress, making your experience more comfortable and welcoming. Having spent their entire lives as part of the Flourish team, Beaux and Hermès are familiar with every part of the dental office and are completely at ease in this environment.
