Our Team
Chrissy
Office Manager
As Office Manager, Chrissy makes sure Flourish Family & General Dentistry runs smoothly from start to finish. She manages the insurance claims process (and everything else that is needed to operate the office like a smooth-running business) while effectively guiding each patient through their care and financial options, with empathy and compassion. With extensive experience in the business world, Chrissy brings a combination of empathy and efficiency to the front desk, making every patient feel welcome.
Outside of the office, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her family—consisting of three children and one grandson—and also volunteers for Autism Strong to support individuals with autism.
Christy
Social Media, Marketing, Business Office
Christy manages our marketing and social media at Flourish Family & General Dentistry to keep our online presence and connection with patients meaningful and thoughtful. With her background in business and brand development, she is a creative yet patient-centered professional, working to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported, especially those patients who may experience dental anxiety.
Fun Facts About Christy:

- Baking is one of her favorite ways to relax and get creative.
- Avid reader with a love for all things fiction and non-fiction.
- Family-focused, she enjoys time with her husband, daughters, and their three dogs.
Martha
Clinical Coordinator – Lead DA
As our Clinical Coordinator and Lead Dental Assistant at Flourish Family & General Dentistry, Martha plays a crucial role. She helps our orthodontic patients who are in braces or clear aligners, and she calms children during their visits for cleaning and sealants. She greets every patient with warmth to help that person feel cared for and comfortable. She takes the effort to help create a positive experience for patients so that they leave feeling confident about their smile.
Martha enjoys spending valuable time with her family and relaxing at home to settle down after a full day. She also has a cute little pet dog, a miniature dachshund named Renn, who brings her much joy and company.
Aislinn
DA
Aislinn McManus is a Certified Dental Assistant at Flourish Family & General Dentistry. She is closely engaged with patients when they are having procedures completed and works safely and accurately throughout the practice with numerous and varied tasks. Empathetic and detail-oriented, Aislinn will always make sure that you both feel at ease and that every procedure is adequately prepared. She particularly enjoys the creative aspects of dentistry—from making temporary crowns to designing 3D models for retainers.
Outside of the office, Aislinn enjoys being outside and loves to try new foods and tap into her creativity by painting or doing other art projects.
Payal
RDH
Payal is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist at Flourish Family & General Dentistry. She is focused on preventive care for her patients, providing them with instructions about oral health, and collaborates with the dentist to ensure each patient leaves the office with a healthy smile and confidence. Payal is proud to make her patients feel comfortable and informed, and the relationship is important between her and the patient.
When Payal is not working, she enjoys time with her family, including her husband and daughter, cherishing those times in their busy lives, with or without a dental office in view.
Jacqueline
Financial Coordinator
As the Financial Coordinator at Flourish, Jacqueline keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Alongside Chrissy, she helps to manage all the aspects of billing and insurance verification with precision and care. As our Financial Coordinator, she’s here to make the numbers feel simple, the process smooth, and to take the stress out of the financial side of dental care.Whether you have a quick question about your statement or need help navigating insurance benefits, Jacqueline is available for support and guidance.
When she’s not helping patients feel confident about their dental care investments, Jacqueline enjoys reading, travelling with her husband and spending time with her three dogs- two dachshunds , Caviar and Truffles, and her yorkie, Ganache.
Beaux and Hermès
Our Therapy Dogs
Beaux and Hermès are therapy and emotional support dogs who are here for you whenever you need them—before, during, or at any point in your dental visit. Their calm, friendly presence helps reduce anxiety and stress, making your experience more comfortable and welcoming.
Having spent their entire lives as part of the Flourish team, Beaux and Hermès are familiar with every part of the dental office and are completely at ease in this environment. They’re available as desired to support and enhance your visit.
They both LOVE meeting adults and children and can’t wait to be part of your Flourish dental experience!
